SHIPPING POLICY

 

At present, we an only guarantee local delivery, however: we are working at establishing wider shipping options that will be rolled out soon. 

Your Piece(s) will be packed in a self adhesive or zip lock plastic bag encased in a bubble Wrap envelope. It will be delivered directly to you at your location of choice. Recipient must produce a valid ID and a code that will be sent to purchaser on completion of payment.

RETURN & EXHANGE POLICY

If you have purchased a piece and are dissatisfied with the item received, let's talk and find a way to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

We will replace or refund any items that is received damaged. In order for replacement or refund take place, the damaged item must be returned to JomineDesigns.
