WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will replace or refund any items that is received damaged. However,  In order for replacement or refund take place, the damaged item must be returned to the seller.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Local purchases will be delivered within 48 hours after payment for purchase and  delivery charges is received, except for custom made pieces, which will be delayed for a period not exceding 5 working days. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At present, we an only guarantee local delivery, however: we are working at establishing wider shipping options that will be rolled out soon. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept PayPal payments, direct transfer to a designated account or cash on delivery,  in a limited number of circumstances where it is acceptable to buyer and seller.

HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?

We collect a limited amount of data that relates only to your preferences and  how to get your purchases to you. Information is stored on a central computer that is protected by a basic firewall. No information collected from you will be shared with any third party or used for any purpose not directly related to your purchase.
